HANOVER Frank "Frankie" Moser, 49, passed away Saturday, June 11, 2011 at the York Hospital. Born June 30, 1961 in York, he was the son of Ruphis D. and Catherine M. (Hauler) Moser of Hanover. Frank was employed as a Diesel Mechanic for Johnson Tower of Baltimore, Md., for 31 years. He was a member of the Teamster's Union, Baltimore, Md. Frank enjoyed hunting, fishing and local dirt track racing. He was a member of the Jake Moser race team and Randy Zachman Race team. Surviving, in addition to his parents, are two brothers and six sisters, Willard Moser and his wife, Deb, Hanover, Howard Moser and his wife, Cheryl, New Oxford, Irene Bell, New Oxford, Mary Spangler and her husband, Phil, McSherrystown, Cathy Moser, Hanover, Judy Brown and her husband, Brian, New Oxford, Diana Laughman and her husband, Joe, York Springs, Margaret Mangold and her husband, Dave, Hanover; 24 nieces and nephews; and six great-nieces and nephews; also Franks girlfriend, Jennifer Naz, Loganville. He was preceded in death by a great-nephew. A service to celebrate the life of Frank "Frankie" Moser will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at the Wetzel Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 549 Carlisle St., Hanover, with the Rev. Matthew Moser officiating. A time to share memories and have an opportunity to view will be Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. and Thursday from 10 to 11 a.m. the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
